On more intricate reports Orca has a built in audit function to ensure the accuracy of your inventory, recipes, and invoicing therefore getting you results you can count on.
Our reports range from standard POS reports to complete product tracking. We offer reporting for theoretical inventory counts, variance reporting for loss prevention, recipes, vendor price increases, usage reports, top selling menu items, product sold history, general sales and expense summaries, item purchase summaries, commissary tracking and more to come. We also welcome any user input on new reports that could assist their particular needs.
